About This Pattern

This is the pattern that Jim Linnell uses in his course on Carving, Finishing & Assembling a Notebook Cover. As with the other online classes that Jim conducts, the videos for this project will be available when edited.

In this workshop, Jim not only shows how to carve this Texas Style pattern, but he also shares his vast knowledge about the history of this carving style. Over the course of the three classes students are guided through creating a beautiful, hand carved notebook cover.
