In May of 2016, the cast and crew that were involved in the filming of the epic western mini-series, Lonesome Dove, were gathered together for a reunion. This was the first time they had gathered together since that series was filmed. A fund raising banquet was part of this event and Jim Linnell was asked to create a unique collectable leather carving to commemorate this reunion. This leather carving was then autographed by the cast and auctioned at the banquet. It netted them $28,000.
Jim had some prints made of this carving before it was autographed. He has a limited number of these still available that he will autograph. If you are a fan of the old west and would like to add some flavor to an office, den or workshop, this will help.
