This free leathercraft pattern is used in the Leather Pictorial Carving video series.  

This pattern is associated with the third workshop in a 4-part series that introduces the fundamentals of Pictorial Carving. This free leathercraft pattern is provided so that students can work along as Jim Linnell carves these figures. Throughout this series of classes, Jim Linnell will guide you through the different elements that make up some of the more popular Pictorial Carving styles to increase your confidence in pushing your leatherwork further.

The third class covers the huge variety of leaf bearing trees, once again from varying distances so that you can create an interesting and detailed carving.

Jim Linnell is a Stohlman Award winning leatherworking instructor who has dedicated his life to the advancement of the art form and the preservation of its history.
