If you have you seen the cover of the January/February 2026 Leather Crafter’s Journal, that is what Jurgen will be showing you how to do in this workshop. In this workshop, you will recreate that cover art from one piece of leather! You will learn to present wood realistically in leather, to work with the swivel knife and modeling tools, and do various types of embossing utilizing leather dust. This is a great installation work all around and fit for any home or shop or as a gift! When this class has been offered live, it has always been oversold. This is a great chance to learn from a Master.

This is a recording of a live class, so viewers benefit from workshop moderation with Jim Linnell as he asks questions. This piece will add a western flavor wherever it is displayed.
