About This Video

Join Jim Linnell for three classes where he will take you through carving, dyeing & finishing, and assembling a small notebook cover. In the first class, students learn the important basics of leather carving as they carve a Texas Style pattern.

In the second class, students will learn some basic dyeing & finishing techniques that will give vibrancy to their carving. In the final class, students will assemble their project. This will be a very well-rounded course in leather working that will benefit those getting started, as well as those wanting to sharpen their skills.

This is a recording of a live, online class, so viewers benefit from both audience questions and workshop moderation.
